1.What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device. Some are needed for the site to work at all: keeping you signed in, remembering your language, remembering your cookie choice. Others are optional and only run if you allow them.
We treat local storage and similar technologies the same way.
2.What we set
The table below lists every cookie and browser storage entry this site sets. Nothing outside the "necessary" category is set unless you opt in.

3.Strictly necessary
These keep the site secure and functioning: your session, your language preference and your cookie decision itself. They cannot be switched off, and they are not used to profile you.
The assessment chat keeps the signed-in user's conversation in this browser's local storage for up to 24 hours, so that reloading the page does not lose it, and remembers the chat session, the current question and the chat language. Nothing of this is sent anywhere else; the chat's "Start New Assessment" button or your browser's site data controls clear it. The guided product tour stores whether you have seen it.
Payment takes place on Stripe's own hosted page, so any cookies there are set by Stripe on its own domain under Stripe's cookie policy.
4.Analytics
Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, measures which pages are visited and how the site is used, so we can see what is useful. The provider is Google Ireland Limited; data may reach Google LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Off by default. Google Tag Manager is not loaded and no request is made to Google until you opt in, and a browser privacy signal (Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track) counts as a refusal. If you withdraw consent, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted.
5.Marketing
Google Ads conversion measurement shows whether an ad brought someone to the site and led to a sign-up. It is loaded through the same Google Tag Manager container, only if you switch marketing on, and its cookie is deleted if you withdraw consent.
6.Change your choice
You can change your decision at any time. Your choice is stored for 180 days, after which we ask again.
7.Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent signing in and completing a purchase.
If you use a browser's "do not track" or global privacy control signal, we treat it as a refusal of optional cookies.
